Release of Fapws3-0.3 (Fast asynchronous python wsgi server)

I'm happy to announce the release of Fapws3-0.3.

This release does not bring new features, but fix several bugs.

Let's have fun with that peace of code ;-)

I've tested it with Python 2.4, 2.5, 2.6 with libev-3.6 on linux and freebsd machines (with and without pound).

I'm using it for production websites native or with Django. Contributions to have Fapws running with other wsgi framework are welcome.
